In an emergency situation your lone workers can trigger an interactive SOS message to our ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre). The ARC will then respond accordingly. They will also notify you (or another designated manager) and the incident will be shown in The OWL Portal. With the Garmin® inReach® Mini 2 you also get added reassurance when travelling internationally; in this case SOS alarms will go straight to the Garmin Response℠ team who will respond to the emergency in the most appropriate way.
