LONEALERT: Fair usage policy
LONEALERT relies on the telecoms network to send SMS messages and phones calls in the event of an incident.
Within the above cost is a bundle to allow, per user per month, 8 timer expirations (call to the lone worker in the event of an over-run before raising the alert), and 6 escalation alerts (alert messages and calls to supervisors in the event of an incident).
Any escalation alerts over and above this will be charged at 8.5p per time, monthly in arrears.
A total of 14 escalation incidents under correct operation will prove more than sufficient. Comprehensive reports accessible by you allow use and user behaviour to be managed and policed if required.
Escalation alerts are aggregated across your entire license population to further reduce the chance of b catching this policy.
If used, LONEALERT SIM cards include sufficient monthly provision for data usage, 5 minutes of calls and 100 check-ins. Sim usage can be aggregated across your entire sim population to further reduce the change of incurring additional charges.
