Need help or have a question about lone working?

You can reset your password on the login page of The OWL Portal, by selecting “Click here to Set / Reset your Password” and following the instructions. The password can be reset using a phone number or email address, depending on how a user is set up.

Single Sign On is also available too for all accounts.

This depends on whether you are using the ARC or not.

If you are not using our ARC responses are automated in the form of notifications and calls which are instant. With the ARC response times have targets as part of the BS 8484 accreditations, as shown below.

To retrieve your PIN you can either login to The OWL Portal to access your user PIN, or request your user PIN from your LONEALERT Champion. Alternatively, please email [email protected] or contact support using the form above.
