Permissions matrix controls in fine detail what user profiles can edit and view. This is overlaid with a Group Management matrix that can give elevated permissions to Managers for members of their own team, and restrict access to data on staff they do not have responsibility for.

Authorised users can archive and delete information and data at any point. Our policy is that all data is completely removed at the end of a contract, or more frequently if requested by the customer.
All data is hosted and stored in UK data centres with ISO/IEC 27001 standard for information security management systems. For overseas customers, our flexible and scalable architecture means we can also discuss hosting data in specific regions.
